Our conventional SCR rectifiers are designed and manufactured in-house at our Melbourne workshop. Using copper-wound transformers and water-cooled copper busbars, these units are built for heavy-duty industrial service in electroplating, anodising, and general DC power applications.
Every unit is custom-built to your exact current and voltage requirements. The wall-mountable steel cabinets feature hinged front panels for easy maintenance access, and standard analogue control interfaces for PLC and computer integration. Optional RS485 digital communication is available.
SCR thyristor technology remains the proven, cost-effective choice for many electrochemical applications. For operations requiring lower ripple and higher efficiency, consider upgrading to our IGBT switchmode PE series rectifiers.
Tell us your required current, voltage, and application — our technical team will design a custom SCR rectifier specification and respond within 1 business day.
