The PE 3000 Series is designed and manufactured by Plating Electronic GmbH in Germany — delivering mid-range DC power with the same IGBT switchmode technology found in the PE 4000 and PE 5000 flagship lines. Purpose-built for electroplating, anodising, and electrowinning operations that require reliable, low-ripple output.
With three models covering 1,000A to 3,000A, the PE 3000 fills the gap between compact bench-top units and heavy industrial cabinets. RS485 and PROFIBUS connectivity comes standard on every model, enabling full PLC and SCADA integration from day one.
The sub-1% output ripple delivers superior deposit quality, finer grain structure, and tighter thickness tolerances compared to conventional SCR thyristor designs that typically produce 4–8% ripple.
