Dedicated Colour Sequencing for Anodising

The pe8705 anodising colour controller is purpose-built for multi-colour anodising production lines. It provides automatic step sequencing with individually programmable voltage and current profiles for each colour stage, ensuring consistent colour reproduction across every batch.

Designed to work seamlessly with PE 3000 and PE 4000 series IGBT rectifiers, the pe8705 communicates via RS485 serial link to precisely control the rectifier output at each colour step. Colour recipes are stored in memory for instant recall.

Front-panel programming makes it simple for operators to create, modify, and select colour recipes without requiring a PC. For advanced integration, the RS485 interface connects to SCADA systems and PLCs for fully automated anodising lines.
