Precision Pulse Reverse Power for Advanced Electrodeposition

Pulse reverse plating delivers dramatically superior deposit quality compared to conventional DC. By alternating between forward (plating) and reverse (deplating) current in precisely timed sequences, the process achieves uniform thickness distribution, finer grain structure, and improved throwing power into complex geometries.

Our Pulse Reverse Systems support 1 to 16 programmable steps, each with independently configurable forward current, reverse current, voltage, and timing. The sub-millisecond transition between polarities ensures clean waveform edges critical for advanced alloy deposition and via-fill applications.

Built on Plating Electronic's proven IGBT switchmode platform with full digital control via the pe280 unit, these systems integrate seamlessly into automated plating lines via RS485, PROFIBUS, or TCP/IP connectivity.
